Beginning Tuesday, March 23rd, Jonas Paul Eyewear's normal operations will be delayed due to the Michigan "Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order made by Governor Whitmer. Jonas Paul will be resuming normal operations hours beginning Monday, June 8th.
Our employees will be working remotely to do what we can to process orders. That said, our order processing times will likely be delayed. We will work to process your order as quickly as possible, but cannot make any guarantees as to how soon that will be. You will receive confirmation via email as soon as your order ships.
The good news: you CAN still order kids prescription and teen prescription glasses online from us! That means even though your eye doctor may be closed, you still have the ability to provide your kids with the glasses they need to see. Because so many kiddos are spending additional screen time on the computer or other device for school work, now could be a great time to invest in a pair of blue light blocking glasses for kids to protect their eyes, even as non-prescription.
While we have always been careful to ensure that our spaces are clean, now more than ever we are taking the additional precautions necessary to protect both our employees and you, our dear customers. This means that our essential lab employees hard at work to create your prescription glasses are being even more thorough than normal when wiping down and sanitizing work surfaces, washing their hands even more regularly (lots of "Happy Birthday" songs being sung!), and using extra caution when handling your orders.
In terms of our Home Try-On Kits, we are making sure that all of the kits have been cleaned and sterilized when entering and leaving our facility. That way you can still try our glasses on in the comfort of your own home without fear of being exposed to unnecessary germs.
