My son was super excited when I told him that the new glasses have arrived. He rushed out to our mailbox to get the glasses. He opened the box and putting the glasses on, look in the mirror and he said “wow, I love my new glasses! I look so cool!” This is the second time that they sent us the package. We lost our first package due to someone broke and vandalize our mailbox during Christmas time. I sent email to the customer service and requested another order again. Luckily, they will send us a new pair of glasses exactly like I ordered before at no cost. Oh my God, I’m so happy and very grateful. It’s just made our day. ❤️ Thank you.

We have ordered the Jonas frame over and over again with a new prescription for the last 3 years! The arms are flexible ( perfect for little ones, my son is 6), easy to clean and quick shipping. but most importantly what keeps us coming back aside from the adorable frames, IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Holy smokes, it feels like I'm in the Chickfila line! They are so helpful truly feels like a small local business with the attention we received when ordering/replacing frames or lens. TOP NOTCH!! Overall, a Good experience despite it taking longer to receive the prescription glasses and double the advertised price due to the glasses but nice looking glasses and our son really likes them!
